Every project is split into clear milestones. You pay per milestone via PayPal — typically a small deposit to start, then progress payments at agreed checkpoints, and a final payment on delivery. No upfront-in-full, no surprise invoices.

PayPal gives both sides strong buyer / seller protection, instant international payouts, and a dispute process we can stand behind. We optimise around it so clients feel safe sending four- or five-figure invoices.

You can. You are only charged for completed milestones and a fair pro-rata on work in progress. Pre-paid unused funds are refunded to your PayPal. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

You do. On final payment for a milestone, full IP for the custom work we produced for you transfers to you. We retain rights only to our internal reusable tooling, and only if you explicitly opt in we mention the project in our portfolio.

Yes, both mutual and one-way NDAs are standard for us. Most work we do is under NDA — that is why case studies on this page are anonymised.

Average reply time is under 24 hours, usually much faster within European business hours. Active projects get a dedicated channel (Slack, Discord, or email — your choice) with daily or weekly status depending on cadence.

A 90-minute focused call over Zoom or Google Meet. You send context in advance, we prepare, and you walk away with a written summary, specific recommendations, and next-step roadmap — not just vibes.

We fix it at no extra cost as long as it falls within the agreed scope. If the gap is bigger than that, we offer a clear path: revise scope, refund pro-rata, or both. Our goal is a happy client who comes back, not a PayPal dispute.
