We want every client to feel protected when they work with KAYFSTORE. This Refund Policy explains, in plain language, when a refund is available, how it is calculated, and how we resolve disputes — including PayPal disputes. This policy applies to all paid services: web development, game development, design, and consulting / strategy sessions.
1. 7-Day Satisfaction Window
For any engagement where we have not yet started substantive work, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of payment, for any reason. Just email us and we will process the refund via PayPal, typically within 3–5 business days.
2. Milestone-Based Projects (Web, Game, Design)
Most projects are split into clearly defined milestones (discovery, design, build, launch, etc.). If you choose to end the engagement after work has begun:
- You are charged only for milestones completed and for work in progress up to the cancellation date, calculated in good faith and pro-rata.
- Any remaining balance from pre-paid milestones is refunded to the original PayPal account.
- Completed, paid deliverables remain yours under the IP terms in our Terms & Conditions.
3. Consulting & Strategy Sessions
- Before the session: you can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund or free reschedule.
- Within 24 hours: we offer one free reschedule. A direct refund may still be issued at our discretion if you let us know as soon as possible.
- After the session: if the session clearly did not deliver the value promised, contact us within 7 days and we will offer a free follow-up session, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation. We default to being generous here.
4. What is Not Refundable
To stay fair to both sides, the following are generally not refundable:
- Milestones already delivered and accepted (explicitly or by silent approval after 7 days).
- Third-party costs already paid on your behalf (hosting, domains, paid assets, licenses, ad budgets).
- Work stopped due to your inability to provide required inputs or access after reasonable reminders.
- Custom rush / expedited delivery fees once the rush work has begun.
5. Quality Guarantee
If a delivered milestone does not match the agreed specification, we will fix it at no extra cost. Please raise issues in writing within 7 days of delivery so we can review and resolve them quickly.
6. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@kayfstore.com with your PayPal transaction ID, project / session name, and a short description of why you are requesting a refund.
- We reply within 24 hours (usually much faster) with next steps or the refund confirmation.
- Approved refunds are processed via PayPal to the original payment account and typically appear in 3–5 business days.
7. PayPal Disputes
We take PayPal's Buyer Protection seriously and our goal is to make disputes unnecessary. Before opening a PayPal dispute or chargeback, please contact us first — in the vast majority of cases we can resolve the issue directly, faster, and without putting either side through PayPal's review process.
If you do open a dispute, we will cooperate in good faith with PayPal, share the relevant scope documents and delivery proofs, and work toward a fair resolution consistent with this policy.
